This document describes how to create the Whatsapp Message templates, create a bulk campaign, chatbot flow or auto reply.Templates are WhatsApp Business Account assets that can be sent in template messages via Cloud API or Marketing Messages API for WhatsApp. Template messages are the only type of message that can be sent to WhatsApp users outside of a customer service window, so templates are commonly used when messaging users in bulk, or when you need to message a user, but no customer service window is open between you and the user.Messavy has 2 types of templates:Broadcast template: All kind of Meta defined message template that could be sent out side of conversation window, such as Marketing, Utility, Authentication
Conversation template: could have 1 or many messages that connected to form a chatbot workflow. This kind of template help busines can automate the customer engagement such as qualify lead, customer service, sales... The messages in this conversation template shall be use inside a conversation window.
Create Broadcast templateName the template, the template shall be in broadcast type to send out side of conversation period.Click on the template name to start import/createClick import to select an existing approved template on Meta.Or click to create new template as you wish.Create conversation templateSimilar to templates, there are 2 types of bulk campaignBroadcast campaign only: Where user just want to broadcast the messages to customers and do not want to have auto reply
Conversation campaign: There are 2 option with or without broadcast, user wants to have auto reply or chatbot/automation.
