How to upload contacts to a campaign

Upload Broadcast contact
By File:

Select Campaign on the sidebar menu

On the campaign screen, click the Broadcast button of the campaign you want to send

The system will navigate to the contact upload screen

Click the Contact Upload button

Click the Add Files button to upload a file

The system supports the following formats: csv, xlsx, xls

The first row of the file must be the header

The first column must contain phone numbers

All data in the file should be in plain text format

After completing the upload, click Upload

Import extraData with an example format for use in templates

By Contact Button:

Click the arrow icon on the right side of the Contact Upload button

Select Contact

Select the contacts you want to use from the list

You can switch to the Import Group tab to select contacts by group

After completing the contact import process, the contact list will be used for the broadcast campaign
