Connect WABA to Messavy

WhatsApp Onboarding Process on the Messavy System
This document describes the operational process for onboarding WhatsApp Business into the Messavy system, including Meta Business preparation and connecting the WhatsApp Business Account to Messavy.
1. Prepare Meta Business Portfolio / Business Manager (BM) – MUST BE VERIFIED
1.1 Mandatory Requirements
The business must have a Meta Business Portfolio (Business Manager).
The Business Manager must be in Verified status (business verification completed).

1.2 Documents Required for Business Manager Verification
Business Registration Certificate
The company name, address, and tax identification number must be clearly stated.
The information must match the details declared in Business Manager.
Business Verification Phone Number
The phone number should preferably appear in the business registration certificate.
If the phone number is NOT listed in the business license, one of the following supporting documents must be provided to prove that the number belongs to the business:
Electricity / Water / Internet bill
Bank statement
Telecommunications provider confirmation document
Note:
The company name on the supporting document must match the name on the business registration certificate.
1.3 Processing Time
Meta business verification usually takes:
3 – 5 working days
The process may take longer if additional documentation is requested.
2. Configure WhatsApp Business in the Messavy System
2.1 Start WhatsApp Onboarding
In the Messavy system, start the onboarding process by going to this page https://mmp.messavy.com/channel/user/request/whatsapp and click Connect your WABA.

These options allow the system to initiate the connection between Messavy and the customer's WhatsApp Business Account.

2.2 Authenticate with Meta
The user will be redirected to the Meta authorization screen.
Log in using a Facebook account that:
Has access to the verified Business Manager
Has permission to manage the WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
2.3 Connect existing WhatsApp Business Account
After authentication, the system will display a list of available WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABA).
Select your business portfolio and then the desired WhatsApp Business Account to connect with Messavy.
The selected account will then be configured as the:

At this stage, your WABA is connected to Messavy. You need to update payment method for your WABA on Meta Whatsapp Manager if you have not yet done.
For the first time connect your WABA, a marketing template will be created by the platform. It is require several minutes for Meta to approve the template, then you can start to send a Test message from Template management.

2.4 Create a new WhatsApp Business Account
If your Business Portfolio does not yet have a WhatsApp Business Account, you can create one directly during the onboarding process.
Step 1: Select "Create a WhatsApp Business Account"
After logging in and selecting your Business Portfolio, the system will display available WhatsApp Business Accounts.
If no account exists, select:
Create a WhatsApp Business Account
This will start the creation process within the onboarding flow.

Step 2: Add a Phone Number
Enter the phone number that will be used for the WhatsApp Business Account.
Requirements:
The phone number must not already be registered with WhatsApp Messenger or WhatsApp Business App.
The number must be able to receive a verification code via SMS or voice call.
The number will become the official WhatsApp sender number connected to Messavy.

Step 3: Verify the Phone Number
Meta will send a verification code to the provided phone number.
To complete verification:
1.
Choose the verification method (SMS or Voice Call).
2.
Enter the verification code received.
3.
Submit the code to confirm the number.

Step 4: Account Creation Completed
Once verification is successful:
The WhatsApp Business Account will be created in your Business Portfolio.
The phone number will be linked to the new WABA.
The system will automatically proceed with the Messavy connection setup.
You can then continue the onboarding process to finalize the integration and start using WhatsApp messaging within Messavy.
2.5 Completion
Once the onboarding process is completed, the system will be able to:
Send and receive WhatsApp messages
Create message templates directly in Messavy
→ Templates will automatically synchronize with WhatsApp Manager
Monitor message delivery status
